Students can request transcripts from the Student Services page on the student intranet.
Log on to UAT's student intranet. Click the Student Services link on the left-hand side. Then select "Transcript/Enrollment Verification Request Form" which will open in a new tab. Follow the steps to complete the form and then click "Submit" once finished.
