🧑‍🎓 For Current Students with Portal Access

If you're currently enrolled and have access to the UAT Student Portal, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the UAT Student Intranet

2. Click on “Student Services” on the left-hand menu

3. Select “Transcript/Enrollment Verification Request Form”

   • This will open in a new tab

4. Complete the form as directed

5. Click “Submit” once finished

📌 Your request will be processed by the Registrar’s Office shortly.

🎓 For Alumni or Former Students (No Portal Access)

If you no longer have access to the portal, you can request your transcripts using the link below:

To request transcripts on behalf of a student:
