🧑‍🎓 For Current Students with Portal Access
If you're currently enrolled and have access to the UAT Student Portal, follow these steps:

Log in to the UAT Student Intranet

Click on “Student Services” on the left-hand menu

Select “Transcript/Enrollment Verification Request Form”

This will open in a new tab

Complete the form as directed
-
Click “Submit” once finished
📌 Your request will be processed by the Registrar’s Office shortly.
🎓 For Alumni or Former Students (No Portal Access)
If you no longer have access to the portal, you can request your transcripts using the link below:

👤 Requesting on Behalf of a Student
To request transcripts on behalf of a student:
