Residence life at UAT is designed to foster emotional, intellectual, and social development. Founder's Hall provides more than just accommodation; it offers a "home away from home" where students can grow personally and academically.

Residents are encouraged to:

๐ Safety and Security
To ensure the safety of all residents:

Key card access is required for entry into the building and individual rooms.

Residents must not lend their keys or ID cards to others.

Lost or stolen keys should be reported immediately; replacement fees apply.
๐ถ Internet and Cable Services
High-speed internet and basic cable are provided in all rooms. Residents are expected to use these services responsibly and in accordance with UAT's acceptable use policies.
๐งบ Laundry Facilities
Shared laundry facilities are available within Founder's Hall. Machines are managed by CSC Laundry Company. For malfunctions or refund requests, residents should contact CSC directly using the QR codes located on the machines.
๐ญ Substance Use Policy
The possession, sale, distribution, display, or consumption of alcohol and drugs is strictly prohibited within Founder's Hall and all public areas, including balconies and patios. Violations may result in disciplinary action.
๐ Roommate Agreements
During the first six weeks of the semester, residents are encouraged to complete roommate agreements with the assistance of their Resident Assistant (RA) to establish mutual expectations and prevent conflicts.

Residents should report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to the Office of Founder's Hall to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of facilities.
