If you need to modify your enrollment agreement at the University of Advancing Technology (UAT), such as changing your degree program, modality (online or on-campus), or attendance status, you can submit a formal request using the online form provided by UAT.
📝 Step 1: Complete the Enrollment Change Request Form
Fill out the online form with the following information:
