      🔄 How Can I Request a Change to My UAT Enrollment Agreement?

      Submit The Request Form

      If you need to modify your enrollment agreement at the University of Advancing Technology (UAT), such as changing your degree program, modality (online or on-campus), or attendance status, you can submit a formal request using the online form provided by UAT.

      📝 Step 1: Complete the Enrollment Change Request Form

      Fill out the online form with the following information:

      • Personal Details: First name, last name, email, and phone number.

      • Requested Change: Specify the type of change you're seeking (e.g., program change, attendance modality, etc.).

      📞 Step 2: Consult with Advisors (Optional but Recommended)
