      Housing at the University of Advancing Technology (UAT) offers students a comfortable and convenient on-campus living experience in Founder's Hall.

      All housing costs are billed per academic year and include everything you need to feel at home.

      The cost of living in Founder's Hall covers:

      • Double Occupancy Room – Shared with one roommate

      • Private or Jack-and-Jill Style Bathrooms – No communal bathrooms!

      • All Utilities Included – Electricity, water, and trash

      • High-Speed Internet Access – Stay connected for both academics and leisure

      Each room comes fully furnished with:

      • 2 Twin XL beds

      • 2 desks with chairs

      • 2 closets and dressers

      • Private sink and bathroom setup (varies by layout)
