      Yes! 🎉 Founder's Hall at the University of Advancing Technology (UAT) has Resident Assistants (RAs) living in each wing of the residence hall.

      RAs are current UAT students who serve as peer mentors and community leaders. Their role is to help you navigate life at UAT—from your first day on campus through your entire educational journey.

      👥 What Do RAs Do?

      Resident Assistants are here to:

      • 🤝 Build Community – RAs foster a welcoming, inclusive environment where students feel connected and supported.

      • 🧠 Support Your Transition – Whether you’re adjusting to living on your own for the first time or just settling into college life, RAs are here to help.

      • 💬 Mediate Conflicts – They can help resolve roommate disagreements and support healthy communication.

      • 📚 Provide Resources – RAs are knowledgeable about campus activities, academic resources, local services, and university policies.

      • 💡 Act as Mentors – They offer personal guidance and advocate for the well-being of students in the UAT community.
