You are almost there. Use this page to submit your Application for Degree, confirm how your name should appear on your diploma, provide your diploma mailing address, and review the final steps needed before graduation.

Once you have completed all degree requirements and submitted your Degree Application, you will receive your diploma in the mail within approximately 3 months. Please make sure the correct delivery address is submitted in the form above.
